In the earlier years of Camp Half-Blood Austin, Werewolves were a consistent problem to any of our heroes on Quests or Patrols. Lycaon and his sons were on the prowl. With Werewolf attacks so frequent, the big brains of Camp had to come up with a plan on how to effectively defeat the Werewolves, as swords and steel were not doing the job. Thus, came the invention of the Werewolf Lullaby, a song that will efficiently put any Werewolf in its radius to sleep immediately. This was taught to campers as part of our Music rotation, and goes as follows:
Hades weave your circle tight
Spin a web of glowing light
Earth and Air and Fire and Water bind us to you
All shall go and none return
The pain of loss shall always burn

Nowadays, the Werewolves no longer remain hostile and will help out our Quests and Patrols on occasion. However, you can never be too sure about new Werewolves arriving, it’s crucial to keep some silver around!
